Aditya has been recognized as a Global Shaper by the World Economic Forum, Changemaker by the Global Action on Poverty, Hesselbein Fellow by the University of Pittsburgh USA, Prerna Fellow by the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow, Fellow by the City Montessori School Lucknow and invited as a Speaker by TEDxIndiraNagar in recognition of his exemplary leadership, community service and entrepreneurial skills.
He earned Master of Science in International Management with Merit from the Department of Strategy and Organisation, and Gold Level Certificate in Entrepreneurship from the Hunter Centre of Enterprise, Strathclyde Business School, University of Strathclyde, Glasgow. He also served as the President of Bharat Sansthan (India Society) at the university in the year 2014-15.
Aditya has represented India at various International events including the prestigious International Youth Forum Seliger organised by Federal Agency on Youth Affairs, Russian Federation and International Youth Forum Mauritius by Konectenu to name a few. He also attended the Global Business Studies Programme at School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London.
He earned Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) majoring in Finance and Marketing from the University of Delhi and Certificate in Strategic Management of Non Profits from the Harris School of Public Policy, University of Chicago. He has also served as a Teach for India Fellow to eliminate education inequity in India.

He is committed to making the world a better place to live in, by embracing servant-driven leadership as a way to help people live more abundant lives and for organizations to become extraordinary stakeholders and stewards of the future, so that together, some of the world's most complex economic and social challenges can be solved.
Pratik is a public speaker and has spoken at leading engineering schools, B Schools, startup conferences and global convenings across the world. He is also helping entertainment and content be more accessible to Indians by Heading Trade Sales in Delhi NCR for Tata Sky, India's leading direct broadcast satellite television provider.
He earned MBA in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, Delhi and Certificate in Strategic Management of Non Profits from the Harris School of Public Policy, University of Chicago.
